Getting Started with TLINC
The goal of the Teachers Learning in Networked Communities (TLINC) Project is to support teachers in a professional community. TLINC is teachers offering teachers mentoring, collegial support, and skilled guidance. A key part of the project is close collaboration between higher education faculty and school district professionals. It’s like Facebook for teachers, in a good way. It is social and professional networking with a purpose.
There are thousands of teachers using our online community, on the site called TappedIn. TappedIn is supported by SRI International, and is free for teachers to use.
Begin by creating your TLINC account.
